StoreAcl -- there are going to be clients in the wild sending a new RPC
speculatively, and getting aborts back.  But this is valid behavior for
them and we should not penalize them for it.

[13:16:22] <wiesand> 12653 seems to be a fix for cb9e0292 which never made it into 1.6, so I can probably forget about that one?

"try an opcode that is not implemented" case might have other causes,
but it's not really clear that there's a real concern there.
