[21:48:39] <kaduk> Does anyone know offhand if we support build configurations whose compilers do not respect the C99 semantics that global variables are initialized to zeros/NULLs?  (I am looking at things like the rxkad_stats structures, where we use an incomplete initializer at the moment.  I'm running with a warning/error-heavy set of compiler flags, which complains about such incomplete initializers.)
