When I try to run 'nmake /f NTMakefile wix', it starts compiling the loopback adapter utility dll, which fails at wmi.cpp (it's unhappy with the excpt.h provided by visual studio). [09:54:19] I suppose I could see if the NSIS installer is less sad, but I don't really expect that to work either. [09:55:41] --- meffie has left [10:33:59] the NSIS installer also depends on the loopback adapter driver [10:35:52] Indeed. I think I may try hacking up the wix source and making in src\install\wix [10:53:21] That wasn't *too* painful. [11:15:25] --- meffie has become available [11:15:32] (That is, I built an installer which could successfully install. The client doesn't work properly, though, as I ended up trying to use the SMB thing, apparently. I guess I'll be more carefull in applying the danish axe to the wix sources next time.) [16:42:07] sdk [16:43:13] Okay, that was my first instinct. (I think it's .cmd these days.) [20:37:38] --- andersk has left [20:37:42] --- andersk has become available
